"Hi Dr. Ron – I wanted to call and let you know about an exciting story for me.  A couple of years ago, I had pulled my upper back out (the top rib area), and I went through physical therapy.  It was six weeks, and it still never got better.  

I had a similar incident just 2 weeks ago, and I came to you the same day that it happened.  Once I got in, the next day – the next day – I was amazed!  The next day it was fine – it was still a little tender, but it was so much better.  And, I have no problems with it today, which is 2 weeks later (instead of 6 weeks later, like in physical therapy).

So, I just wanted to thank you very much for what you do – it’s amazing to me, considering I had gone through physical therapy in other incidences.  Thank you so much for what you do – God bless."
