"Hi Dr. Ron – I wanted to call and let you know about an exciting story for me.  A couple of years ago, I had pulled my upper back out (the top rib area), and I went through physical therapy.  It was six weeks, and it still never got better.  

I had a similar incident just 2 weeks ago, and I came to you the same day that it happened.  Once I got in, the next day – the next day – I was amazed!  The next day it was fine – it was still a little tender, but it was so much better.  And, I have no problems with it today, which is 2 weeks later (instead of 6 weeks later, like in physical therapy).

"I clean pet cages at Petsmart.  Several weeks ago I abruptly slid forward while wiping the bottom of a metal cage.  A few days later I started feeling pain in my back and side.  Thinking it was just a sore muscle I waited about two weeks before seeking medical attention.  Each day the pain got worse instead of better until it was so intrusive that I had to go to the doctor.
